Keine Frage: Sarah Lesch ist eine Liedermacherin, die verbal hinlangen kann, die personifizierte Verzauberung mitsamt integriertem bösem Erwachen: Ihre Lieder handeln von Familie, Freundschaft und Verlust, von Liebe, Leichtigkeit und Friedensfrikadellen, aber auch von Heuchelei, Ausbeutung und Ignoranz. Ihr Debütalbum „Lieder aus der schmutzigen Küche“ erschien 2012 noch in kompletter Eigenregie. Anfangs noch als Geheimtipp gehandelt, erspielte sich die Chansonedde durch ihre vielen Live­-Auftritte schnell ein begeistertes, treues Publikum. Verwundern kann das nicht, spielt die Liedermacherin doch nicht nur auf der Ukulele oder der Gitarre – sondern vor allem auch auf der emotionalen Klaviatur ihrer Zuhörer.
