Every You Every Me lyrics:

Sucker love is heaven sent
You pucker up, our passion's spent
My heart's a tart, your body's rent
My body's broken, yours is bent

Carve your name into my arm
Instead of stressed, I lie here charmed
Cause there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you

Sucker love, a box I choose
No other box I choose to use
Another love I would abuse
No circumstances could excuse

In the shape of things to come
Too much poison come undone
Cause there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me...

Sucker love is known to swing
Prone to cling and waste these things
Pucker up for heavens sake
There's never been so much at stake

I serve my head up on a plate
It's only comfort, calling late
Cause there's nothing else to do
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me...
Every me and every you
Every me...

Like the naked leads the blind
I know I'm selfish, I'm unkind
Sucker love I always find
Someone to bruise and leave behind

All alone in space and time
There's nothing here but what here's mine
Something borrowed, something blue
Every me and every you
Every me and every you
Every me...
Every me and every you
Every me...
Every me and every you
Every me...
Every me and every you
Every me...
Every me and every you
Every me...
Every me and every you
Every me...

Rainbirds - Blueprint 1988

I walk ahead along you tell me not to go so fast
but I am slower than you think I am as careful as your touch
and when you want me to relax I am as serious as your looks
and when you want me to believe, oh oh

I sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover
yea with a blueprint of my life I would have better run for cover
I sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover
yea with a blueprint of my life I would have better run for cover

I walk ahead alone you tell me never ever leave me
but I am already gone I am further than the wall
you have built around your future yes I am higher than the tower
you climb in a suicidal mood, oh oh oh

Here is a blueprint of your past here is a blueprint of your destiny
that's all there is of you and that's all there is of me yea

I sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover
yea with a blueprint of my life I would have better run for cover
I sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover
yea with a blueprint of my life I would have better run for cover
sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover yea
a blueprint of my life I would have better run run run run run yea

I sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover
with a blueprint of my life I should better run for cover

(Instrumental)

I sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover yea yea yea yea

Sneak around the corner with a blueprint of my lover
better run yea run run for cover yea

(Instrumental)

Yeah, it´s been a long time... and now, "Lost" is the first release of the forthcoming album "Soulmate Sister".
It´s all about the pain, love and lust of past experiences with an open window to what is still to come while loosing oneself in the moment!

"This Charming Man" was released as the group's second single in October 1983.
The single was re-issued in 1992, reaching number 8 on the UK singles chart. Mojo magazine journalists placed the track at number one on their 2008 "50 Greatest UK Indie Records of All Time" feature.

Lyrics

Punctured bicycle
On a hillside desolate
Will nature make a man of me yet?
When in this charming car
This charming man
Why pamper life's complexity
When the leather runs smooth
On the passenger's seat?
I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
This man said "it's gruesome
That someone so handsome should care"
Ah ! A jumped-up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said "return the ring"
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
This man said "it's gruesome
That someone so handsome should care"
La, la-la, la-la, la-la, this charming man
Oh, la-la, la-la, la-la, this charming man
Ah ! A jumped-up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said "return the ring"
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things

A Projection Stockholm, Sweden
Stockholm is the epicenter for great Swedish post punk and offers a wide range of bands such as Then Comes Silence, It’s For Us and Principe Valiente, just to mention a few. However, one of the latest years most interesting bands on scene that has reached two albums into their career is A Projection. Their debut album “Exit” arrived already in 2015 and two years later the sophomore record “Framework” was released. In many reviews they’re described as post punk a bit like it was in the mid-1980s, “simultaneously creatively fertile and prone to oversaturation“.

Recently they signed to Metropolis Records and following their signing they debuted their new video for “Something Whole”, a track featured on their forthcoming third studio album Section. Music-wise A Projection have grown and developed as a band, and it shines through in the dark and dynamic range of new wave, post punk, goth and indie rock in the sound of their third album “Section” (out on October 25th).

Joe Cocker & Jennifer Warnes - Up where we belong 1983

Who knows what tomorrow brings
in a world few hearts survive
All I know is the way I feel
when it's real I keep it alive the road is long
There are mountains in our way
but we climb the stairway every day

Love lifts us up where we belong
where the eagles cry on a mountain high
love lifts us up where we belong
far from the world below up where the clear winds blow

Some hang on to used to be
live their lives looking behind
All we have is here and now
all our lives out there to find
The road is long and there are moutains in our way
but we climb the stairway every day

Love lifts us up where we belong
where the eagles cry on a mountain high
love lifts us up where we belong
far from the world we know
where the clear wind blows

Time goes by no time cry
life's you and I alive

Love lifts us up where we belong
where the eagles cry on a mountain high
love lifts us up where we belong
far from the world we know
where the clear winds blow

Love lifts us up where we belong
far from the world we know
where the clear winds blow

Love lifts us up where we belong
where the eagles cry on a mountain high

Lyrics

I had a way then
Losing it all on my own
I had a heart then
But the queen has been overthrown
And I'm not sleeping now
The dark is too hard to beat
And I'm not keeping up
The strength I need to push me

You show the lights that stop me turn to stone
You shine it when I'm alone
And so I tell myself that I'll be strong
And dreaming when they're gone
Cause they're calling, calling, calling me home
Calling, calling, calling home
You show the lights that stop me turn to stone
You shine it when I'm alone

Noises, I play within my head
Touch my own skin
And hope that I'm still breathing
And I think back to when
My brother and my sister slept
In an unlocked place
The only time I feel safe

You show the lights that stop me turn to stone
You shine it when I'm alone
And so I tell myself that I'll be strong
And dreaming when they're gone
Cause they're calling, calling, calling me home
Calling, calling, calling home
You show the lights that stop me turn to stone
You shine it when I'm alone

Home, home
Home, home

You show the lights that stop me turn to stone
You shine it when I'm alone
And so I tell myself that I'll be strong
And dreaming when they're gone
Cause they're calling, calling, calling me home
Calling, calling, calling home
You show the lights that stop me turn to stone
You shine it when I'm alone

Home, home
Home, home

____________________________________________________________________________
So still, dass jeder von uns wusste, das hier ist
für immer, für immer und ein Leben und es war
so still, dass jeder von uns ahnte, hierfür gibts kein Wort
das jemals das Gefühl beschreiben kann.

So still, dass alle Uhren schwiegen
ja, die Zeit kam zum Erliegen
so still und so verloren gingst du fort
so still und so verloren gingst du fort.
